Food Ingredients that are Toxic
Did you know over 50% of the American diet has toxic ingredients in it. That’s right! Foods that has been canned, dehydrated, or had chemicals added to it is known as “processed food”.
Last month the FDA had a debate on the “artificial coloring” in foods in which reports from parents and a research was done on the effect of the coloring has on kids causing them to be hyperactive. I’m not surprised at this finding. Just disappointed that the FDA took too long to wake up on the issue. Recently, FDA decided, “they need more evidence” on the issue. How long will they wait in banning artificial colorings and chemicals in foods and non-foods? There are other countries already has a ban on some chemicals. Why is that the United States tend to drag their feet on taking action in banning “unhealthy stuff”. Research after research and still nothing is done.
If the U.S. FDA would not make a move in eliminating chemicals from foods, then I suggest everyone take his/her “own” action and stop buying the crap.

BLUE, GREEN, RED, AND YELLOW COLORING
MSG (MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE)
