A NATURAL APPROACH IN BOOSTING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

NATURE'S FLU SHOT
 
 
  • Juice of 6 fresh lemons  
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 2 tsp. fresh ginger or ground
  • 2 Tbsp. raw manuka honey
  • 4 cups (32 oz.)  of pineapple juice = 1quart
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder or fresh
  • 1/2 cup of fresh aloe vera gel
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in a glass jar.
 
At first sign of cold, sinus, or flu symptoms, take 1 cup of Nature's Flu Shot every 3-4 hours until symptoms are gone.
 
***As a reminder it is recommended to take 1 daily billions probiotics (non-dairy) a day!  The good bacteria helps support the digestive system in which it is 70% of our immune system.
