- Rice Milk (non-dairy) 2 cups
- 1 riped Mango
- 1 riped Kiwi
- 1 riped Banana
- 1 organic Swiss Chard leaf (can add more leaves)
- 1 .5 oz pack of Hemp Hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds)
- 1 tablespoon of Chlorophyll liquid
Why I choose these ingredients?
Rice Milk is an alternative to dairy and soy milk.
Hemp Seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids - Linoleic acid, Omega 6, and Alpha-Linolenic acid (ALA). It contains essential amino acids making it an ideal source of protein. Hemp seed comes from the cannabis plant but has low or none of the tetrahydocannabinol (THC) cannabinoids found in marijuana.
Mango a fruit that has shown to have antioxidant compounds to protect against colon, breast, leukemia, and prostate cancers. The compounds are: quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid, and methylgallat. Mango has high levels of fiber, vitamin C, and pectin to help lower cholesterol levels. It's great for the skin internally and externally. The swiss chard leaves contain about 13 different polyphenol antioxidants. The primary flavonoids from the leaf is syringic acid. It helps regulate blood sugar levels and promote lung, vision, and bone health. Swiss chard is an excellent anti-inflammatory.
