Caring for your eyes are extremely important like the rest of the body. There are significant diseases and viruses that can effect the eyes. When I went for my 12 week check up, the ophthalmologist office had this bulletin article up in the lobby. A great reminder and further explanation on why "eye care" is important for optimum health.
