MELANIE AFTER DINNER SMOOTHIE

"Juicing Tuesday"




     Have you forgot today is Juicing/Blending Tuesday?  Nope, not guest viewer Melanie.  


Roasted Banana Chocolate Smoothie Delight

 "I made it because I wanted a healthy & tasty after dinner treat."


Shopping List
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Appliance:  Cuisinart Blender













Directions
Roast the bananas in oven for 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add the coconut water, bananas, and honey in blender.

Ready to blend

Then add the cocoa powder.  

Blend for a few minutes

*Tip:  Taste mixture before adding honey due to it may be sweet enough.  Adjust according to your taste.  Make sure you add enough coconut water otherwise it will turn to chocolate pudding once you refrigerate it.
