CINNAMON COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE

Cinnamon Coconut Mango Smoothie
  
When you are craving for something lite and sweet think of this refreshing smoothie. 
 
 
Shopping List

 
Cinnamon gives it a burst of flavor
    
2 riped mangoes
1 organic apple
a bowl of red leaf lettuce
2 cups of unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 cup of dairy free plain coconut yogurt 
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon








 Appliance Tool:  Kitchen Aid Blender


 Directions:

  1. Thoroughly wash all produce (lettuce, apple, and mangoes).
  2. Peel and slice up mangoes.
  3. Chop up apple.
  4. Discard all seeds.
  5. Add all fruits, lettuce, coconut milk, coconut yogurt, cinnamon, and raw agave nectar in the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth.
