"It's Juicing Tuesday"
"Move over blender, Hello Juicer"
It has been a long time I have pulled out my juice machine and my body is noticing that.  I feel my hormones are imbalance so I decided to make fresh juice to help get my "body" back on its course.
What's the juice creation?

Blood Juice

Blood Juice is made out of beets - it helps opens the blood vessels and allows more oxygen to flow throughout the body as well as lowers blood pressure.  Beets (and its greens) are powerful blood builders and purifies the blood.  Betacyanin is the phytochemical that gives beets its rich deep amethyst color.  Beets are powerful for the body and you cannot just drink beets by itself.  Therefore, you will need a carrier to help so it won't shock the body system.
What are my carriers?
organic celery, organic apple, organic lemon and peels, and organic ginger 
Foods have different energies and the different energies the foods gives will act upon the human body in different ways and affect your state of health.  For example, fresh ginger (yang) generates warm energy, dried ginger (yang) generates hot energy, banana (yin) generates cold energy, lemon and beet (balanced yin and yang) generates neutral energy.

Wash and prep your produce

Add the foods to your juicer chute
Extract the juice from the foods

Drink up!

Even though juicing is more time consuming but you are reaping the benefits the fresh juice will provide for the body.
