It's Tuesday! What are we juicing today?
Here is a nice twist to get your vitamin K and blood flow going - A healthy juice that can be for a lite meal substitute.
- 1 cup 11oz of coconut water
- 2 hands full size of fresh kale (prefer organic to avoid pesticides)
- 1 apple (prefer organic skin too if not organic no skin)
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon - (balances sugar levels)
Bottle up and drink away!
