I Am Not A Doctor...

Someone who believes in natural remedies to help heal and nurture the body. Let your doctor know what natural remedies and/or supplements you are taking. Keep a journal of what you do and what natural remedies has helped improved your health.

You should be constant in what you do and let your body rest a day from all remedies. Therefore, if working on remedies straight for 3 months then let the body rest from it for a while then go back on.

Remember it can take a while until you see some results or it can happen right away don't be discourage.

Think cautiously optimistic.
