"Energize Me Smoothie"

1-2 bananas
1 tbsp of ground flax seed or whole flax seed (blender will help grind it)
1 cup of plain almond yogurt (non-dairy)
1/2 cup of organic strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup of organic raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1-1/2 cup of coconut milk (in carton not can)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until nice and smooth with no lumps.
