LEARN THE SEVEN DAY JUICE PLAN

4 celery stalks

1 pear (optional)

     The weeks are flying and the holidays are coming.  Did I just say that? Agh!! Everywhere you go in a store the holiday items are out.  Does it make you stress out?  Just the other day we were wearing our shorts.  Life goes on...

     The other day, I was asking hubby "Can he handle a three day detox juice cleanse?"  I'm on that borderline where I want to leap the faith into the "cleanse". 
 
     Has anyone done it?  What was your experience?  Did you notice a "healthier you?"
